Q ; what program and device do you use to draw?A : I use IbisPaint X in my phone device.
I occasionally switch up to Clip Studio Paint on my laptop! The pen tablet I used are XP-Pen Star 03 V2.Q ; Can I use your art as my PFP / Can I use your art as a banner / Can I use your art for my lockscreen or homescreen/background / Can I repost your art on other platforms?A : Sure! As long as you put my name as a credit or not cropping the watermark. But I do have my account across almost in every platform!

Terms & Conditions!
This agreement is between myself, Ryou [the "Artist"], and you [the "Client"].
Failure or ignoring to comply with this Terms of Service may result banned from future commissions.
I, the Artist, am not responsible if the Client fails to read and confirm the Terms of Service. The Client is responsible to clarify any unsure policy with the Artist.
USAGE AND RIGHTS
1. I own the intellectual property rights & copyrights to the art work(s) and any original design.
2. The intellectual property rights of the existing characters drawn belongs to their respective owners
3. Commissioned artwork(s) are personal use only. Otherwise, client(s) paid for the commercial rights that stated below
4. I have the rights to showcased the final work on social medias
5. The Client is prohibited to resell the personal use commission/ artwork
6. Do not use my artwork for AI related, NFTs, and cryptocurrency
7. Do not claim the artwork as your own creation
8. Do not edit, modify any of my artwork without consent
9. Reposting commissioned piece is allowed with proper credit
PRICES AND PAYMENTS
Payment is accepted via Paypal, Ko-Fi (USD), GoPay, or OVO (IDR)A. NDA COMMISSION
1. Additional fee of 50% of the total commission cost
2. The final product cannot be showcased on my social medias and public portfolios within 30 days after completion, and/ or the final product cannot be showcased on my social medias and public portfolios at any time
B. MONETIZED CONTENT
1. Additional fee for 50% of the total commission cost
2. This commission fee is required if you intend to use the artwork for profitable digital activities, such as [but not limited to]:
Monetized video creation, such as music video, marketing purpose, etc
3. Monetized content fee is not required for stream or video thumbnails assets
C. COMMERCIAL COMMISSION
1. Additional fee for 150% of the total commission cost
2. This commission fee is required if you intend to use the artwork for mass distribution and/ or profitable activities, such as [but not limited to]:
- Printing the artwork for sale
- Using the artwork for merchandise design/ sale
D. RUSHED COMMISSION
- Additional fee for 50% of the total commission cost
- Rushed commission fee will be required if the deadline are under 1-2 weeks
E. OTHER CHARGES
1. Additional character(s) for 100% of each character added
2. Complicated/detailed background may increase the commission cost up to ~100% of the base commission cost depends on how detailed/complex it was
3. Complex design may increase the commission cost up to ~75% the base commission cost depends on how detailed/complex it was
4. Additional charges will be applied for designing work such as: new character, mascot, or outfit without references
PROGRESS AND COMMUNICATION
I will provide and keep updating with the commission's progress. Discussing > Rough Sketch > Base Color > Revision (in-between) > Rendering/Finishing1. I have the right to decline your commission request
2. You can choose/request the canvas size however you please with the maximum of 4500x4500px 350dpi canvas
3. You have 3 (three) free revisions on rough sketch and base color and 2 (two) free minor revisions after final result. Additional revision will be charged depends how minor/major it is
4. PLEASE DO NOT HESITATE TO send me many clear details and references for the commission you wanted! It is much appreciated and will be more convenient for me and much faster to finish in time
5. Commission will take about 3 days to 3 months depends how busy I am IRL or the complexity of the commission
6. Do not rush the Artist for completing the commission if the Client did not state the deadline in the beginning
7. Both parties agree to respond promptly and keep updated. You're always welcome to ask the progress and give feedback however you like
FINALIZATION AND DELIVERY
1. All commissions are delivered digitally
2. I will send the finished result to your e-mail or through G-Drive. Please provide your e-mail or do tell where you want to send the finished commission through
3. The digital files will be in PNG and/ or JPG. The files with be including the original result, and with watermark version
